A few answers before the first click.
Do guests need an app or account?
No app or organizer account is needed for guests. They open the event link on a supported phone browser, enter their chosen name and accept the required photo-sharing agreement. A host may also require a guest PIN.
Do guests need an internet connection?
Yes. Joining and taking each new photo require an internet connection. Already accepted photos can wait for a retry if the connection drops; reconnect and keep the event open until they finish saving.
Will the experience be the same on every phone?
Camera quality, capture speed and available controls can differ between phones and browsers. Use an up-to-date supported phone browser and try the free demo on the phone you plan to use.
Can guests see or retake their photos?
No. Captures are concealed until reveal. Guests cannot preview, retake or delete them. Administrators can review and hide uploads; the consent explains this before joining.
Who can see the revealed gallery?
Anyone holding its gallery link. Photos include guests' chosen names. The optional guest-entry PIN does not protect the gallery link.
When does an event open?
You can prepare a draft first. A verified payment or authorized grant supplies an event credit; saving a draft does not use it. Choose a credit when you have more than one eligible grant. Activation uses the selected credit, and guest entry follows the start time you choose.
Is this a photobooth?
Rollsy collects photos taken around your event on guests' phones. A conventional photobooth is a dedicated setup for posed photos and may provide prints or an attendant.
What is different for organizations?
